When Bradford started VKNG as an outdoor boot camp, the first location they would meet regularly was at the park in which the boat house was he coached at. Starting with the idea that Fitness is about the Journey he created workouts that would help advance your body to make you better, and prevent injury. It was the idea that people too often get hurt while working out often because they are chasing the wrong goals. It was his desire to make working out not only fun, but something people could start at any age and do for the rest of their life. Going back to his roots as a rower and rowing coach, Bradford is excited to bring his newest fitness studio concept VKNG Row.
