How did you get into the fitness industry?

I started my CrossFit journey at Southern Boom as a member in 2016 and eventually was asked to become a coach.

What’s your favorite thing about being an instructor?

Getting to know the athletes and watching them crush their fitness and personal goals!

Where can we find you when you’re not teaching a class?

At the University of South Florida working on my Bachelor’s.

What’s your one piece of advice for someone who wants to live a healthier life? 

Don’t quit. Results take time.

What is your guilty pleasure food and/or drink?

Pizza!!
