Creamy Frozen Grape and Vanilla Coconut Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (frozen (can sub coconut or greek yogurt))
  • 1 cup grapes (frozen)
  • 1 cup almond milk (can sub for coconut milk)
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 3 tbsp vanilla protein (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy right away!
