Holly's Taco Bowls

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes (or more to taste)
- Brown the meat then add as much of the spices as you like. I like a lot of seasoning so I add a ton!
- Once it’s done, weigh out your portion of meat & add toppings like homemade guacamole (or wholly guacamole 100 cal packets for quicker options), salsa, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, etc. whatever fits your macros and/or your tastebuds!
