Honey Mustard Pecan Crusted Salmon

  • 1 lbs salmon
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp pecans (crushed )
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 400*F

  2. Lay salmon skin side down on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper

  3. Mix all other ingredients together in a small bowl and then microwave for 20 seconds to melt the butter/ghee

  4. Using a spoon, coat the top of the salmon with the melted mixture

  5. Sprinkle crushed pecans on top of salmon

  6. Bake for 18 min

  7. Enjoy!
