Honey Mustard Pecan Crusted Salmon

- 1 lbs salmon
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos (optional)
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp pecans (crushed )
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
Preheat oven to 400*F
Lay salmon skin side down on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Mix all other ingredients together in a small bowl and then microwave for 20 seconds to melt the butter/ghee
Using a spoon, coat the top of the salmon with the melted mixture
Sprinkle crushed pecans on top of salmon
Bake for 18 min
