My name is Melissa Price and I am 46 years old. I first learned about Burn Boot Camp back in March 2015. I was working in a very high stress job, was 20 pounds overweight, tired all the time and mood swings were part of my daily life. I noticed a girl on my unit who had been losing weight and getting very fit. I asked her what she was doing and it was Burn Boot Camp.
I started following BBC on Facebook and was very impressed with what I saw. I always wanted to get back into owning gyms and after meeting with Devan on two occasions, I knew that I wanted to own a BBC franchise. I signed the franchise agreement and off I went to not only begin a new career, but to also begin my own personal fitness journey.
I did my first workout May 5, 2015 and by June 30, 2015 I had lost 17 pounds and 9 percent body fat. Today I am at a total loss of 23 pounds and 12% body fat. Can you say LIFE CHANGING?? I have two children ages 12 & 14 who have loved being part of this journey and watching their mom go into beast mode. My energy has soared through the roof, the mood swings are nowhere in sight and my happiness has no limits. When I wake up in the morning I am full of energy and ready to tackle the day!
Burn Boot Camp workouts and what you learn from the focus meetings is a way of life, not just another fad workout or diet. I have learned how to meal prep and eat healthy as well as push my limits working out. Because of Burn Boot Camp, I am stronger, healthier, happier and unstoppable! The best part about this journey is that as a BBC owner, I am now in the position to help other women experience the blessing of the life changing results that come from BBC.
