Activcore applies a unique neuromuscular approach to physical therapy and performance training that gets to the underlying root cause of your pain and movement limitations. Known as Redcord NEURAC (NEURomuscular ACtivation), this tool and technique takes suspension based exercises to new heights in order to bridge the gaps between injury, health and optimal fitness.

With the Redcord suspension system, your provider has a unique ability to assess and retrain how you move without any interference of pain or compensation. Similar to floating in water, there are slings and bungee cords that support and assist you with each exercise. This creates an ideal training environment to correct underlying muscle imbalances.

Neuromuscular activation is like flipping on a light switch to muscles that have dimmed due to pain, injury and inactivity. These exercises are intelligently designed to help you regain control of functional movement patterns across each chain of muscles (myofascial chains) for better mobility, stability, balance and coordination.
