-4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
-½ cup greek yogurt
-2 tablespoons lemon juice
-1 tablespoon garlic, minced
-2 teaspoons dried basil
-¾ teaspoon salt
-½ teaspoon onion powder
-¼ teaspoon black pepper
-¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1. Cut chicken breasts horizontally to create 8 thin cutlets
2. In a gallon Ziplock bag or large covered bowl combine chicken and all marinade ingredients. Let marinate for a minimum of 2 hours or as long as 12 hours
3. Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees.
4. Place chicken cutlets in a single layer in the preheated air fryer so they’re not overlapping. Air fry for 10 minutes. Flip chicken and air fry for another 5 to 10 minutes.
