I’ve always been passionate about health and fitness because it truly sets the tone for all aspects of life. When we are feeling our best we become unstoppable. Power Vinyasa yoga has always been my favorite workout, but I love to break out of routine and try new things. Which is why I love being an Ambassador for SweatNET- it gives us the opportunity to explore different classes, events, and businesses in our city that we might never have gone to otherwise. And being able to share these fun experiences with like-minded people and make new friends is what it’s all about!
