    We are an inspiring local fitness community dedicated to transforming lives through exciting, unique, and challenging outdoor workouts.

    Asheville Fit Tribe is an outdoor adult fitness group focused on a variety of movement patterns to help you get results! Each workout is 50 minutes, with uplifting vibes, and always positive. You will see full-body exercises including cardio and strength. From the warm up to the stretch you will get an amazing experience!

    Fit Tribe athletes get unlimited access. You do not have to sign up, just show up and we will help you show out! 

    Workout Times

    Carrier Park: M-F 7:00am – 7:50am

    Virtual Fit Tribe: M-F 12:00pm – 12:30pm

    Carrier Park: M-Th 4:15pm – 5:05pm

    Carrier Park: M-Th 5:15pm – 6:05pm

    Carrier Park: M-Th 6:15pm – 7:05pm

    Asheville Fit Tribe is designed for all levels and all ages. You can start exactly where you are right now. Whether you’re a top athlete or new to fitness, Trainer Preston will help challenge you at your level. He always provides success options (modifications) for you as you develop strength & cardio endurance.

    We believe we are better together! You will feel accepted from the beginning by friendly AVL folks. We will encourage and uplift each other as we dominate the workout of the day.

    Schedule:

    Monday – Endurance Training

    Tuesday – Functional Agility Training

    Wednesday – High Intensity Interval Training

    Thursday – Slow Strength Training

    Friday – Mix It Up & Stretch It Out

    Saturday – Community Events

    Decide. Commit. Succeed. As you join in this amazing fitness adventure making fitness a lifestyle habitual activity you will see results in your athletic performance, body composition, and overall well being. It will not be easy, but it will be worth it!

    Equipment needed:

    We use dumbbells, resistance bands, and yoga mats. Trainer Preston will also bring additional equipment to take the workouts to the next level (e.g. cones, hurdles, ladders, fire fighter ropes, slam bags, ab rollers, jump ropes, etc).
