Barre3 is full-body, balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio and mindfulness. Our science-backed approach helps clients build strength, restore balance, increase endurance and energy, decrease stress, and rediscover the joy of movement.
What To Expect:
No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert. Our instructors offer modifications throughout class, allowing you to work in a way that’s both challenging and feels amazing in your body.
What To Wear:
Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Most clients go barefoot, but some prefer wearing grip socks.
What To Bring:
Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated. We’ll provide mats and props.
When to Arrive:
We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to meet your instructor, get a tour of the space, and ask any questions you may have.
