Brown Rice Pasta Spaghetti

Ingredients


1lbs ground beef
1/2lbs ground sausage
24oz pasta sauce
3 cups brown rice pasta noodles
1 onion (diced)
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1-2 cloves garlic (minced)

Cooking Instructions


Drizzle large skillet with avocado oil.
Add diced onion and minced garlic and cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Add ground beef and sausage and cook until meat is brown all the way through.
Add sauce and spices and leave on low heat while pasta cooks, stirring occasionally.
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. (add salt if desired)
Add 3 cups brown rice pasta noodles and cook on medium for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove pasta from heat and drain.
In a large bowl, combine sauce and pasta noodles.
Enjoy!
