Expect 50 minutes of High Intensity, Low Impact movements that will sculpt your body, get your heart pumping, burn fat and strengthen your muscles. While 704 represents our beloved hometown area code, the numbers also represent the components of the method. Each workout incorporates the 7 elements of fitness (Cardio, Muscular Endurance, Strength, Body Composition, Flexibility, Balance, & Mental Health), provides a well-rounded full-body workout and targets the 4 muscle groups (Abs, Obliques, Arms, & Legs) in every single exercise.

CoreFormer – 50 minute full body workout on our resistance based customized Pilates machine, The CoreFormer. Expect High Intensity, Low Impact movements that will sculpt your body, get your heart pumping, burn fat and strengthen your muscles. Class will be broken down to equally target and strengthen your Abs, Arms, Obliques and Legs and will be accompanied by a five minute stretch at the end. We always cue to the most intense version of the movement and then modify accordingly to fit all levels.
CoreStretch – 50 minute customized workout on our resistance based Pilates machine, The CoreFormer. Expect 25 minutes of High Intensity, Low Impact movements that will sculpt your body, get your heart pumping, burn fat and strengthen your muscles accompanied with 25 minutes of Deep Stretching. Although this class primarily targets your Abs, Obliques and Arms, you will be reminded throughout the workout that a strong CORE incorporates your lower body. We highly recommend taking a CoreFormer class before attending your first CoreStretch Class.
