Cucumber Slices with Garlic & Herb Cheese
Ingredients
6.5 oz herb and garlic cheeseboursin or alouette
1 English cucumber cut into size 16 slices
chives
Cooking Instructions
1. Using a vegetable peeler remove small strips of the cucumber skin to add some decoration.
2. Slice the cucumber about 1 mm thick.
3. Place the cheese into a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip.
4. With a paper towel pat, the cucumber tops to remove any moister.
5. Pipe the cheese onto of each cucumber and top with a piece of chive.
