Yoga is so much more than physical movement! We can use yoga to calm our anxieties, regulate emotions, increase empathy, and cultivate self-love.
Darcie has completed her 200hr training with Peacelab Yoga Shala led by Melanie McQuown, Myofascial training with RAD and Diane Malaspina, Children & Teen Trauma Informed training with Yoga Ed. She genuinely loves being a student and sharing this practice so much that she started, The Yogi Brain. An organization to help spread yoga and mindfulness out into the community and into the classroom.
Her classes are alignment based, that create a safe environment for any body type or limitation to practice in. Modifications are provided in every class as is laughter, belly laughs are strongly encouraged as a reminder there is always room for joy in our life!
