12 Days of Christmas Tabata w/ Brit

Tabata Style – 12 Days of Fitness
20 seconds of exercise 1
10 second break
20 seconds of exercise 2
10 second break
– repeat 4 times total with the same exercises
60 second recovery before next Tabata set with two different exercises
This Tabata is the 12 Days of Christmas!! So each exercise will be inspired by the song. We will start with a warmup Tabata, followed by 6 Tabtata’s (2 days of Christmas per Tabata). At the end of all the Tabata’s we will do each exercise to the 12 days of Christmas song… to the best of our ability! 🙂 We will wrap up with a one minute plank and cool down/stretch.
Light weights optional!
