The YOGA Studio
Our non-heated yoga studio (room temperature 75 degrees) is large enough to leave space all around the mat for you to practice. This is a “reserve your mat” studio to make sure that where you will practice is truly where you are going to be comfortable and be present. To access this studio's Covid-19 guidelines click here.
Class Types DRIFT 45
A 45-minute class to move the body and calm the mind that will leave you energized, refreshed, and/or relaxed depending on the class you take. The class offering varies between power vinyasa, Vinyasa, Hatha, slow flow (with music or silent practice), no arm weight bearing flow, and flow + roll (myofascial release). These classes are meant to fit into your schedule so that you can really take the time to tune out the outside world and tune in to your body and mind.
DRIFT 60
Full hour-long classes to choose from to challenge the body and mind. Depending on what your body is craving for, these classes will give you time to feel each pose in your body and allow you to self adjust as the instructor offers options to accommodate the different bodies. These classes are offered M-F as the last class of the day designed to slow down your body and mind for a restful remainder of the evening. On the weekends, when you have more time, there is a selection of 60-minute classes throughout the day.
Refuel and Rehydrate
In our Juice Bar, we are offering a vegan and gluten-free selection from organic juices and alternative milks to cookies, muffins, and rotational baked goods. All items are made fresh daily on-site. We have carefully put together a very tight menu with a purpose. Each recipe has been worked on for the last 3 years and throughout the process, we had you in mind.
