DriveTrain Fitness is a Lagree Fitness and Stages Spin Studio located at the intersection of Church Ranch Blvd and Wadsworth Blvd.  We provide instructor-led resistance classes and hybrid classes catered to all abilities and levels of athleticism.  The resistance training method uses sequential movements on a proprietary machine called a Megaformer and is comprised of two stationary platforms and a movable spring loaded carriage.  This high-intensity, low impact workout combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, core and flexibility training into each movement.  For class, you’ll need sticky socks (available for purchase at the studio). This workout will change your body!

The hybrid class format includes 1/2 Lagree and 1/2 Cycling Intervals on Stages SC3 Spin Bikes.  These classes are typically between 50-55 minutes long. The spin portion of the Hybrid class focuses on high-intensity, timed threshold interval periods of rest and work. These classes are great for increasing cardio levels. The Hybrid classes are a small-class size format and included in any membership package.
