We are going to learn together, grow and get healthier. Through fun Fitness classes such as POUND®, Boogie Bounce, KONGA®, ZUMBA® and Yoga. Some of those formats are even new to the USA and you have the opportunity to try them at Emphico. We are building a special and unique place and will bring more new fitness formats in future. We are going to learn more about healthy lifestyles. Through health related workshops and events we will have the opportunity to find new ways and options of incorporating more natural products into our lives. Martina loves essential oils and all of the products you can make from them. We are going to learn how to do that and what to use them for.

Are you lost in all of the amounts of food supplements, after workout drinks and shakes? Let’s learn together and find the option that works best for your bodies.

We are also all about personal growth, so you can look forward to some themed workshops such as importance of self care, listening to your body, purpose and goals.

Because we also like nice things we will have a small retail section with our own products as well as some other products from small businesses.
Business networking is another chapter we are new to, and as a new business owners, we are looking forward to growing and learning more about it.

All of this is going to happen at our studio Emphico in Coraopolis and lot of it will also be virtual. We have a full schedule of classes that you can do in person or virtually if you prefer. Workshops and events will also be offered in person and virtually where possible.
