Geode Yoga + Fitness is a peaceful, contemporary space tucked away in the wooded area of Sugar Loaf Mountain surrounded by the breathtaking areas of Great Seal State Park. Geode is space for those who wish to reap the many benefits of yoga and fitness, without the cultural teachings commonly found in many yoga programs across Ohio.
We focus on properly coaching and instructing students on an individual level. This personal service has become our hallmark and in-turn our classes are often booked well in advance. Our instructors come from a range of backgrounds and disciplines, making Geode a diverse collective of expertise.
We also offer a wide range of fitness classes to compliment your yoga practice. From Tabata (HIIT) to TRX and Kettlebell series.
