Add shrimp to a large resealable plastic bag. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl and add to bag. Seal and toss to coat shrimp evenly.
Marinate for at least 15 minutes up to 2 hours.
Thread shrimp onto skewers. Heat grill over medium high heat.
Place skewers on grill. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until shrimp is pink.
