1 lb medium uncooked shrimp, peeled, and deveined.
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
* Can be served with brown rice, white rice, in a taco or bowl, change according to what you prefer!*
Add honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to large resealable plastic bag or container.
Stir to combine ingredients. Add shrimp, cover and refrigerate. Marinate for 1 hour.
Heat large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place shrimp and marinade in skillet.
Cook until shrimp is cooked through, and sauce thickens. This takes about 3-4 minutes.
Serve immediately!
