    Ingredients (serves 2-4)

    • 1lbs chicken breasts or tenders
    • 2-3 medium/large sweet potatoes
    • Blanched or unbalanced almond flour
    • Coconut flour
    • 1 egg
    • Avocado oil
    • Paprika
    • Garlic powder
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Chili powder
