Kiddo Friendly Banana Muffins
Ingredients
4 banana ripe, mashed
3 egg
3 TBSP coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup almond butter
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup dried blueberries optional
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350*F
In a large bowl mix all ingredients
Divide batter evenly throughout 12 greased muffin cups
Bake for 16-18 min
Let cool & enjoy!
