Lisa brings a lot to the running journey. Having raced distances from 5k – 100 miles, her experience stands alone, and she is excited to share that experience to help those who want to get into or expand their running. Her goal is to train youth and adult runners of all levels in a way that strengthens more than just the body.
Lisa is a firm believer that the mental aspect of running is just as important as the physical, and her training incorporates both. Her background in psychology as well as her running history, coaching, and sports nutrition certifications combine to provide more than just strength training or a race plan.
She is the founder of runCLTrun. As a busy mom of three, she knows firsthand that training can be effective and simple; her approach reflects this.
