Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients


  • 2 bag brussels sprouts

  • 3 TBSP avocado oil

  • 2 tsp minced garlic

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 2 tsp honey (optional)

Cooking Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 425*F

  2. Cut brussels sprouts in half and place on a baking sheet or in a 9×13 pan

  3. In a small bowl, mix avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic and honey.

  4. Drizzle mixture over all the brussels spouts.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes then remove to stir.

  6. Continue baking for 15-20 more minutes.

  7. Enjoy!
