Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
2 bag brussels sprouts
3 TBSP avocado oil
2 tsp minced garlic
Salt
Pepper
2 tsp honey (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 425*F
Cut brussels sprouts in half and place on a baking sheet or in a 9×13 pan
In a small bowl, mix avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic and honey.
Drizzle mixture over all the brussels spouts.
Bake for 10 minutes then remove to stir.
Continue baking for 15-20 more minutes.
Enjoy!
