Smoky Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) organic chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 tbsp avocado oil

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp cayenne (optional)

¼ tsp salt

Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F or get out air fryer.

2. Toss chickpeas with avocado oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt.

3. Oven: Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until crispy.

Air fyer: Spread chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 min, shaking the basket every 5 min for even crispiness.

4. Let them cool for a few minutes.

5. Enjoy them on their own, toss them in a salad, or use them as a soup topper!
