1 cup rolled oats
.5 cup peanut butter
1 TBSP chia seeds
.5 cup ground flax
1/3 cup honey
.5 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
.5 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Cooking Instructions
Pour all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir using rubber spatula or electric mixer on low.
Using your hands, form 10-12 1/2″ balls.
Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
