SWEAT440 is a dynamic 40-minute workout class designed for everyone. We offer station based classes that start a new small group every 10 minutes! Our circuit training classes are a combination of HIIT cardio and functional resistance training.
We know life can be hectic. We all get pulled in multiple directions each day. Finding time to fit in a workout class daily can be a challenge. Our concept allows guests to arrive at times that are most convenient for them. SWEAT440 is perfect for every busy person who wants to fit in a fun, fast, and effective workout into their day!
Each of our 4 stations lasts 10 minutes. Each station has a 3 exercise circuit that repeats 3 times. You will find monitors at each station with exercise video demonstrations and timers. Our certified coaches will always be on the floor with you to guide, correct, and motivate! We use state of the art fitness equipment. Our cardio pieces include tank sleds, battle ropes, rowers, skiergs, and assault bikes. Our functional resistance pieces include dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, and suspension trainers.
SWEAT440 originated in Miami Beach, FL. It is being brought to Charlotte by North Carolina native Matthew Miller. Matthew is co-creator and co-founder of SWEAT440. Our first Charlotte location will be in NODA. We look forward to being a part of this amazing community! Come join us!
