Sweet potato peanut butter toast

Sweet Potato Toast with Bananas, Nut Butter & Cinnamon

Ingredients


1 whole sweet potato
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tsp honey
1 dash cinnamon
1 whole banana

Cooking Instructions


Slice sweet potatoes lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices. Add to the toaster like you would bread and toast on high. Cook twice or until cooked all the way through, browned on both sides.
Spread 1 tbsp. almond butter onto toast. Top with sliced banana, and a dash of cinnamon. Option: drizzle honey to taste.
