Tern CrossFit opened its doors in February of 2016 in Oldsmar, Florida. Since then we have moved into a larger facility a short drive away in the Westchase area of Tampa. Our name was derived from the Arctic Tern, the world's furthest migrating animal. The Arctic Tern is a seabird who migrates from Greenland to Antartica, a round trip journey which covers over 44,000 miles. This seabird is a symbol of perseverance and resilience.
It has been said that the willingness to persevere can often make the difference between failure and success. At Tern CrossFit we are resilient and we get where we are going. Our athletes success is paramount and is the foundation to what makes us great. Behind our doors is a supportive community of coaches and athletes pushing to make everyone better. This is not a "you" and "I" place this is a "us" and "we" box.
