1 cup almond flour
.25 cup tapioca flour
1 tsp baking soda
.25 tsp salt
1/2C coconut oil melted, sub for ghee if you desire
.5 cup coconut sugar
1.25 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg yolk
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy free if strict paleo)
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350*F
Mix all ingredients together. (Electric mixer preferred but not required).
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll the dough into 10-12 balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
