The BEST Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients


  • 1 cup almond flour

  • .25 cup coconut flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • .25 tsp salt

  • 6 tbsp coconut oil melted, sub for ghee if you desire

  • .5 cup coconut sugar

  • 1.25 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy free if strict paleo)

Cooking Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 350*F

  2. Mix all ingredients together. (Electric mixer preferred but not required).

  3. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Roll the dough into 10-12 balls and place on baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 11-14 minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
