About the Max Challenge:

Our fitness program incorporates cardio training and strength training so that you can burn fat and increase strength at the same time. Our classes are designed for people of all fitness levels. Our instructors are trained on how to break an exercise down and provide modifications so that everyone is challenged and working to their own highest potential.
