1 – 1/2 cup uncooked brown basmati rice
1lbs chicken breast (cubed)
2-3 cups frozen bag of steam-fresh asian medley style
2-3 cups broccoli florets or frozen steam-fresh style bag
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 whole garlic clove minced
1/2 cup Trader Joe’s Coconut aminos or soy sauce Substitue Braggs Amino’s for a 0 calorie option
1 tsp powdered ginger
1 tsp powdered garlic
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch salt
Oil a large skillet with avocado oil and cook cubed chicken breasts for 5-8 minutes on medium heat or until cooked all the way through
While chicken in cooking, steam asian medley and broccoli in the microwave (separately)
Add steamed veggies to large skillet with cooked chicken
Add powdered ginger, minced garlic, powdered garlic, salt, pepper & coconut aminos or soy sauce
Let simmer on stove for 5-10 minutes
