Youth Style fitness is a Non Profit organization founded to empower the overall total wellness of youth ages 6-18. Our mission is to foster an awareness of healthy eating and exercise to empower a healthy youth development and wellness. Our vision is to give youth the skills and knowledge to develop and uphold healthy practices to carry into adult hood.
Fitness- We offer a 60 minute workout that includes a warm up, condition phase, and cool down. During the course of the workout, youth will complete exercises enhancing upper and lower body strength as well as core strength. Youth will also participate in fun games and activities involving physical activity while also promoting friendly competition.
Group Support- Youth will participate in a 45 minute group support class led by a trainer that will take place before or after the workout session. Along with providing nutritional knowledge, Group Support aims to enhance the mind/body vitality of youth by improving self confidence to build adherence, self-efficacy, and intrinsic motivation to uphold healthy practices through a series of games and activities.
