Lolo's Mint Ginger Citrus Smoothie

  • 4 whole lemons (juiced)
  • 2 whole Limes (juiced)
  • 1 knob fresh ginger, remove skin (to taste)
  • 1 whole hothouse cucumber
  • 1 whole handful power greens
  • 1/2 cup pulp free orange juice
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 8 oz cold water
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  2. mix well.
  3. Add ice as desired and serve immediately.

If you prefer a lower pulp drink, peel all the vegetables before blending and use no-pulp orange juice.
