Lolo's Mint Ginger Citrus Smoothie
- 4 whole lemons (juiced)
- 2 whole Limes (juiced)
- 1 knob fresh ginger, remove skin (to taste)
- 1 whole hothouse cucumber
- 1 whole handful power greens
- 1/2 cup pulp free orange juice
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 8 oz cold water
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- mix well.
- Add ice as desired and serve immediately.
If you prefer a lower pulp drink, peel all the vegetables before blending and use no-pulp orange juice.
