Mango-Coconut Smoothie (Banana Free)

  • 1 1/4 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp hemp or chia seeds (or flax-chia or flax-hemp blend)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Add ingredients to blender and blend for 30-60 seconds.
