Mango-Coconut Smoothie (Banana Free)

- 1 1/4 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp hemp or chia seeds (or flax-chia or flax-hemp blend)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- Pinch of salt
- Add ingredients to blender and blend for 30-60 seconds.
