Muesli Chia Pudding

Muesli Chia Pudding

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Paleo Muesli
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen peptides
  • 1 tsp Carob Powder
  1. Add all of the ingredients together and stir really well to avoid any clumps of chia seeds.
  2. Leave them overnight in a sealed container (I prefer to use a mason jar).
  3. Top them with some more muesli the next day or any other toppings of choice and enjoy!
