Paleo Banana Muffins

- 4 banana (ripe, mashed)
- 3 egg
- 3 TBSP coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup dried blueberries (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350*F
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients
- Divide batter evenly throughout 12 greased muffin cups
- Bake for 16-18 min
- Let cool & enjoy!
