Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup almond flour
- .25 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- .25 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp coconut oil (melted, sub for ghee if you desire)
- .5 cup coconut sugar
- 6 tbsp almond butter
- 1.25 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350*F
- Mix all ingredients together. (Electric mixer preferred but not required).
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll the dough into 10-12 balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 11-14 minutes.
