Protein Pancakes

- 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
- 3 egg whites (or ⅔ liquid egg whites)
- 2 packets of stevia
- Cinnamon to taste
- Grease skillet and bring to medium heat
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour mixture onto heated skillet in preferred sized circles.
- Cook for about 2 minutes before flipping. Leave on heat until firm.
- Top with cinnamon, berries, or syrup of choice
