Protein Pancakes

  • 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
  • 3 egg whites (or ⅔ liquid egg whites)
  • 2 packets of stevia
  • Cinnamon to taste
  1. Grease skillet and bring to medium heat
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Pour mixture onto heated skillet in preferred sized circles.
  4. Cook for about 2 minutes before flipping. Leave on heat until firm.
  5. Top with cinnamon, berries, or syrup of choice
