Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
	
- 1 large frozen banana (you can also use regular banana and add ice)
 - 1 cup almond milk
 - 1/4 cup oats
 - 1 tsp cinnamon
 - 1 tsp nutmeg
 - 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
 - 1 tsp agave or maple syrup
 
- Add ingredients to blender and blend for 30-60 seconds.
