Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

  • 1 large frozen banana (you can also use regular banana and add ice)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp agave or maple syrup
  1. Add ingredients to blender and blend for 30-60 seconds.
