Roasted Broccoli
The perfect healthy side dish to compliment any main course.
- 2 tbsp avocado oil (or ghee)
- 16 oz broccoli (chopped into florets)
- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 425*F
In a large bowl or tupperware container, place broccoli florets. Drizzle with avocado oil or melted ghee, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix well so all of the broccoli is evenly coated.
Spread broccoli evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast for 25-30 min.
