Super Food Energy Bites

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • .5 cup peanut butter
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • .5 cup ground flax
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • .5 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • .5 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  1. Pour all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir using rubber spatula.
  2. Using your hands, form 12 1/2″ balls.
  3. Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
