Tomato Avocado Festive Appetizer

- 4 whole avocados (pealed and chopped into cubes)
- 3 whole tomatoes (cubed)
- 1 package Boursin Cheese (garlic and herb)
Glaze
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 TBSP honey
- 1 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 TBSP dijon mustard
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 box crackers
Put cheese in the middle of the plate/tray.
Surround cheese with chopped tomatoes and avocados.
Combine remaining ingredients except basil and whisk together.
Pour mixture over cheese, tomatoes and avocados.
Garnish with basil and serve with crackers.
