Zucchini Noodle Spaghetti
- 1 lbs ground beef
- .5 cup onion (diced)
- .25 cup celery (diced)
- 1.5 cup zucchini (grated (aka. zucchini noodles))
- 2 cup marinara sauce (no sugar added)
- .5 cup carrot (grated)
- 1 tsp basil (dried)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
In a large skillet cook diced onion and celery for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until no pink remains.
Add marinara sauce, carrots, zucchini, basil, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 10 minutes then remove from heat.
Allow to cool then enjoy!
