Discover the Benefits of Fascial Stretch Therapy

I recently booked a Fascial Stretch Therapy session with Nick Headley of Queen City Stretch. Not only is Nick a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist but he is a full-time Charlotte firefighter. His sessions are mostly done out of his home in South Charlotte but he is also available to come directly to you!

I know what you’re thinking – what the heck is Fascial Stretch Therapy?? FST is great for improving your range of motion, reducing pain, decreasing stress and improving recovery, sleep, posture and circulation. FST can benefit everyone, whether you are an athlete who works out regularly or are simply having pain from sitting at your desk all day.

To begin each session, Nick will ask you if you are having any pain or if there are certain movement patterns that are bothering you. From there, he can decide which areas he should focus on. For me, it was my quads, hip flexors and hamstrings so we focused on stretching and improving the range of motion in those areas. The session was completely pain-free and left me feeling a lot less tight in those areas.

This was my second session of FST Therapy with Queen City Stretch and both sessions were both so different based on the needs and pain/immobility I was experiencing prior to each session.
