In our yoga classes we use the yoga asanas, or physical postures, to create length and space in our muscles and connective tissues while we explore other principles of yoga like breath and meditation to calm the nervous system and relax the mind. You can expect to be challenged in our yoga classes while you strengthen your muscles while improving balance and posture.
