At SHED, we strategically plan each week to target all areas of the body. Group fitness classes consist of functional movements that are designed to challenge the entire body so you achieve peak body performance.
ARE THERE BEGINNER LEVEL CLASSES?
Any class can be modified and trainers always provide level 1, 2 and 3 options. We strongly encourage any clients with an injury to please notify the instructor so they can give appropriate modifications. Safety first!
